Air168 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Definitions & Scope

In this document, "air168", "we", "Platform" refers to air168 and all services provided through the official website. air168.fun. "Member", "you", "user" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the air168 platform.

"Terms" refers to this Terms and Conditions document along with all supplementary policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and air168.

The scope of these terms covers all aspects of using the air168 platform — account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, game participation, and any interaction with the air168 customer support team.

2 Registration Eligibility

You are required to keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times. Do not share this information with anyone, including family members. air168 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from disclosure of your password to a third party.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact air168 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the air168 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). air168 supports a variety of local payment methods including online bank transfer, FPX, and major Malaysian e-wallets.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's Deposit page.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account automatically within minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• Only payment methods registered under the same member's name are permitted for making deposits.
• Air168 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the air168 account holder.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The general terms that apply to all air168 bonuses are as follows:

6 Game Rules

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, air168 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the member's account.

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the air168 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's personal information without consent for registration or transaction purposes.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or player-versus-player games.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Any money laundering activity or use of the platform for unlawful financial purposes.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.
• Initiating chargebacks or unauthorised payment disputes through your bank or payment provider.

8 Account Termination

An air168 account may be terminated in two ways — voluntarily by the member or by air168 at its discretion.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the air168 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met, subject to identity verification and compliance with any outstanding rollover requirements.

Termination by air168: air168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period defined in the inactive account policy.

9 Limitation of Liability

Air168 provides the gaming platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. However, we are committed to maintaining a platform uptime of at least 99.9%.

Air168 shall not be held liable for:

• Any service disruption caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from valid betting outcomes that have been settled in accordance with the game rules.
• Losses resulting from disclosure of your login credentials to a third party due to your own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential losses or loss of profits related to the use of our platform.

10 Terms Amendment

Air168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on air168.fun.

The responsibility to review any updated terms rests entirely with you as a member. Continued use of the air168 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments made to the terms, please cease using the platform and contact our support team to initiate the account closure and balance withdrawal process.
